Les Fabricants sur Paris

Fantastic casual restaurant, we had lunch there a few times during our visit in Paris. Service is super friendly and the duck liver is out of this world. It's a shame they don't take cards.

The place is already superb. The food is very good and generous. But the big plus is the welcome!! Many thanks for your warm welcome.

[Updated 07/24] “Salade des Fabriquants”, hearty, good (15€). Homemade clafoutis of the day, good (€5) [Updated 08/23] Gizzard salad for €13, and the large bowl is less full than before. The Manufacturers is no longer the excellent plan of yesteryear. [Updated 05/23] Gizzard salad for €12... [Updated 2022] Gizzard salad at €9.80 [Updated 08/2018] The gizzard salad priced at €8.80 is still worth it. Madiran by the glass (14cl €3.50) very good. Homemade red fruit clafoutis (€4.50) on the advice of the owner (?), very good. [2016] “Manufacturers” salad, good and plentiful, and cheaper than usual in the area (€10.30). Well-chosen wines by the glass for €3 for 12cl unplaned. Maybe I'll get used to it. 2nd visit: gizzard salad (also with tomatoes) good and plentiful, €7.80. The 25cl draft beer at €2.50 is good.

Il risorante basco di Parigi continua ad essere all'altezza delle aspettative. Cucina del sud-ovest con incursioni dei paesi baschi spagnoli, piment d'espelette, porzioni abbondanti, prezzi moderati, ottima sangria. Le patate vengono servite di accompagnamento a molti piatti, quindi non prendetene una porzione extra oppure prendete solo quella, che con il prosciutto crudo e il Cantal oppure il Bleu fanno un secondo piatto. L'ambiente postindustriale è tipico della zona, autentico quartiere della movida parigina.

I eat here every time I go to Paris. The food is always plentiful, affordable and delicious. Everything I have dined upon here has been top notch. The fois gras pate is outstanding. I Love all of the giant, shareable salads adorned with French ham, eggs, potatoes, green & eggs. The Escargot are chefs kiss. The owner (I think he is anyways. Long hair & friendly) is always coming through with the bottle suggestions. They are always perfect. This is definitely a locals place which told us right off the bat that it would be solid. I tell everyone to go to Leb Fabricants for an affordable, non-pretentious delicious meal and experience.
