Last night, I was able to go to Les 3 Brasseurs with my family. A waiter named Jacques was available whenever needed, demonstrating surprising responsiveness and unparalleled kindness.
I could see the benefit of 25 years of experience in the industry.

Usually satisfied, but a little less so today.
No complaints about the food; it was cooked as requested, and the portions were generous and tasty.
However, we could have joined the discussions among the staff at the bar (5 or 6 people) if we had wanted. There was quite a bit of coming and going near our table even though we had finished eating. We were looked at, and no one cleared our table, even though the person who was supposed to be serving us was busy. I should mention that it was after 2 pm and the restaurant was practically empty.
It's a shame when you see some of the servers running around and never stopping.

Burger St. Catherine is delicious, with homemade fries.
The service was quick. The place is nice, reminds me of Dutch breweries. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic evening at Les 3 Brasseurs, and a huge thank you to Clarisse, who was an incredible waitress—so professional, so kind, and so cheerful! 😁😁 Thank you so much for this excellent evening, and see you very, very soon!
Oh, and the food was as beautiful as it was delicious—a real treat! The service was incredibly fast; it was amazing! 😍😍😍
Clarisse is the best, as are her colleagues and the manager, who was a sweetheart! 😁😁😁😁
