Salle chaleureuse et excellent accueil. Service sérieux et bien rythmé. Les mets nous ont ont procuré de l'étonnement et satisfaction à la dégustation. Notamment le tartare de Salers et Huîtres. Plus réservé sur le Rocher en dessert, rien de très original au plan de l'aspect et de la composition. Bon tout de même, mais sans plus !

Excellent time, attentive staff, perfect cuisine

We had dinner at this restaurant for my partner's birthday. The location is ideal and the welcome warm. We opted for the discovery menu at €72 for starter, main course and dessert. The service was pleasant, but a small remark regarding the presentation of the options: several bottles of champagne were offered to us without us having the drinks menu, with a price of €19 per glass, which surprised us a little. The dishes were good, and we particularly appreciated the dessert as well as the little attention for my partner's birthday. However, a cheese was offered to us without us having ordered it, probably with a supplement, but this was neither specified verbally nor on the discovery menu. In the end, although the dishes were tasty, we found the prices quite high compared to the quantities and ingredients used. In addition, items such as the aperitif and cheese were offered without having had the details of the prices, which made the final bill a little higher than expected (2 glasses of champagne at €17 and €19). ). This remains Mr. Coutanceau's first restaurant, which may explain certain choices, but it would be nice to have more transparency on prices from the start.

Very well presented and very delicious dishes, as always. Neither too much nor too little, really the ideal quantities. The chef's blend of flavors is just perfect. Small errors coming from an apprentice but we do not hold it against them, it is normal to learn in order to train. We had a wonderful time in this idyllic setting. Little extra, or the occasion was for my partner's birthday where we had two little surprises in store for her, we found it very touching. We will come back, once again, again and again! We recommended this place.
