Nice restaurant, service ok. The dishes are quite generous, we liked the tartare as a starter. On the other hand, for the dishes/desserts, we found that it remained quite common, very good but nothing transcendent compared to what we have already tasted elsewhere and less expensive. This remains a good address, which remains a little excessive in terms of price. Ex: a glass of Saint Emilion for €22…outch

Welcoming atmosphere in an elegant and refined environment. The details and care in the presentation of the dishes. The service was very fast, the staff smiling and ready for every request. Local foods and flavors with an almost exotic touch every now and then. Fresh. Quality. Elegant.

We had lunch on the terrace in this restaurant. It is very well located with a view of the old port. The cuisine is excellent, original and well presented. On the other hand, the service is not up to the standard of such an establishment: no aperitif offered at the start of the meal, no advice for choosing the wine list on a tablet and the disappearance of waiters at the end of the meal to pay for the meal. addition! What a pity

We had a wonderful meal this lunch at les Flots. Everything was right, service, ambience and a very delicious menu with wonderful wine. Highly priced but worth every euro. We'd love to come back.

Excellente cuisine, personnel très aimable et joli choix d’alcool en fin de repas. Ils ont en plus eu la gentillesse de nous proposer un table à l’intérieur sans réservation

06/09/2024: Warm, very friendly welcome! We ate well there and all for a nice price!
31/08/2024: Very good experience in La Rochelle. We were looking for a restaurant to eat with gluten-free options since my daughter has celiac disease... at Le Benèze they treated us very well, with great kindness and empathy and my daughter was able to eat properly.
