Perfect for a mountain restaurant. Generous portions, there were five of us and everyone enjoyed it. The Paris-Brest was excellent! Special mention to our server (2.02).

We highly recommend Les Fontaines Blanches for a delicious raclette. Excellent experience! The raclette was delicious and the portions were very generous. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the service. We received a very warm welcome; a special thank you to Didier for his friendly greeting. I recommend this place without hesitation!

We went back for the second year and enjoyed it very much again. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: 1) it's a mountain restaurant, so their specialties are cheese-based; 2) they don't take reservations before 9 pm, so if you want to arrive earlier and avoid waiting an hour outside, you should arrive no later than 6:15 pm, especially if you're a small group. We had a raclette which was more than enough in terms of portion size and very tasty. The children's menus were also adequate. The service is quite fast, the atmosphere is definitely mountain-style, although the owner is less than welcoming. The prices are typical of ski resorts, so they're high.

Wednesday evening, three of us were served by a very friendly waitress from Béziers. The bill came to €198.
So, Friday morning, I thought I'd go have my coffee at La Fontaine Blanche. No one was serving, everyone was shoveling snow, which I can understand.
However, being called a "fucking asshole" twice by one of the fifty-somethings as I walked away demonstrates amateurism and a lack of respect for their customers! They should have simply said, "We're not serving at the moment!" I went in and out of the establishment without anyone even acknowledging me in front of them! A different era indeed!
