The worrying thing about end of season Avoriaz is that very few of the restaurants are open. However fear not because Les Fontaines Blanches is probably one of the best places to eat in the Haut Savoie. Great staff who are warm and welcoming. It is easy to catch their eye when you need something. The quality of the food is sublime. Our party had: Entrecote aux morelles, (ribeye in mushroom sauce) which was tender and tasty. Tartiflette had a thick cheese and perfect crust, loaded with bacon. Escalope Savoyarde was tender chicken with a layer of ham and cream cheese in a cheese sauce, so delicious. Somebody in the kitchen cares about their customers experience. Yes its a bit more expensive, but so worth it.

We stopped by this restaurant with friends for a meal and a drink. The welcome was adequate, the menu was classic and relatively expensive. The food was decent. Not a memorable experience; at this price, there are much better options. We won't be going back.

We went a couple of times, because Lots of other Restaurants were always Full. We always had very good Food (Lots of cheese meals), very nice service and reasonable prices. Absolutely recommandable!

What an incredible meal we had here. Service was amazing and the food was just incredible. Will definitely be back. It gets busy so go early to avoid disappointment

30/07/2026: The croissants aren't good. Do you have a new baker, or is it just reheated leftovers? At Sherpa, they're cheaper and delicious. It's worth the trip.
25/07/2026: Wedding catering. La Bonbonnière prepared superb savory tarts, brioches, flans, and other treats that allowed us to create a delicious wedding brunch. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you again for this successful service.
