This review is for the restaurant; we did not stay at the hotel. The menu is quite varied, featuring local cuisine as well as classic dishes with a modern twist, using local ingredients. The portions are generous, flavorful, and full of interesting combinations. The service is pleasant. We had a lovely time at this restaurant.

A warm welcome, comfortable room and bedding. A cozy, simple, pleasant, and clean hotel. Ideal for a change from chain hotels that lack a certain charm! Restaurant: generous and high-quality cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed a steak with perfectly cooked vegetables. Excellent service.

Overall, a very satisfying stay. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Omer, making it easy to get around on foot, with parking nearby. The welcome was warm and the service simple yet efficient. A major highlight was the restaurant, offering generous regional cuisine (such as Welsh rarebit, Maroilles cheese, and potjevleesch), decent portions, and a friendly atmosphere. However, some of the hotel rooms could use a real refresh (the decor is a bit dated, and the bathrooms could be improved), and soundproofing can be limited depending on the room. Breakfast was adequate, but not memorable. I recommend it, especially for the location and the food, but modernizing the rooms would definitely elevate the overall experience.
