Une première dans ce restaurant où nous voulions aller depuis longtemps Nous avons tout trouvé succulent Le service est digne de la renommée du restaurant et le menu dégustation avec l accord des vins est tout simplement bluffant Seul l avant dernier vin trop sucré n était pas à mon goût Tous le reste est magnifique et notre seul regret et d avoir dû écourter la fin du repas car contraint par le temps et de ne pas avoir pu faire un tour autour de la bâtisse qui est également très belle Nous reviendrons pour cela

Nous avons diné dans cet établissement lors de notre passage au pays basque. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'accueil a été très soigné, le service impeccable et les plats d'une grande qualité avec de superbes saveurs. Nous avons également apprécié le passage du chef dans la salle pour saluer toutes les tables avant le repas. Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller cet établissement et nous reviendrons à coups surs.

For our 10th wedding anniversary, my husband gave me the pleasant surprise of taking me to dinner in a gourmet restaurant. A very pleasant experience full of discoveries. We opted for the tasting menu. A choice that turned out to be excellent in terms of flavors and textures. The service staff were very pleasant and very professional, a young and dynamic team. We were a little disconcerted by the number of different staff who served us during our meal (3 sommeliers and 4 different waiters) animated like automatons with very theatrical speeches showing little spontaneity. This gives a perhaps a little too impersonal side to the culinary experience. The atmosphere of the place is warm but the interior design and architecture of the place does not resemble the cuisine offered and lacks more youthful and refined energy. However, I always admire the choice of tableware to brighten up the dishes. This in no way changes the quality of the plate and the flavors that we discovered. The textures, colors and designs of the dishes transported us! Favorite for the hot cold chocolate dessert, a surprising moment. Thank you again for this culinary trip to the Basque country that I will not soon forget.

Excellent experience, impeccable team and service. From start to finish it was flawless. The tastes on the plates are there and divinely executed. Special attention to our sommelier who took me on a journey throughout this meal, a big thank you to him and the entire team.

My review applies for the restaurant. Wonderful experience, everything was perfect. There is a huge amount of work made with their local products which makes flavours unique and very interesting from the starter to the dessert. Having two great chefs cooking together really makes a difference!
