A truly delightful experience from beginning to end. Everything was impeccable: the welcome, the cuisine, the service… not a single flaw. We had a wonderful time at the Ibarboure brothers' restaurant, in an atmosphere that was both warm and professional. A huge thank you to the entire team for this fantastic experience. We will definitely be back.

It was exceptional! A huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and to the chefs for the delicious food. We highly recommend the aperitif in the kitchen; the chef and his staff took the time to chat with us, it was fantastic.

A unique experience... The Nordic cabin is a haven of peace. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect. Its intimate size makes it a truly relaxing place. Breakfast is wonderful, and the spreads and jams made by the chefs and available for purchase are incredible. The staff is lovely and attentive.

Spectacular. They deserve a second and a third Michelin star. The dishes are prepared with meticulous care using local produce (they have their own vegetable garden and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy coffee after your meal). Both the waiters and the chef himself were delightful and explained everything in great detail. It's clear they've been passionate about what they do for generations.

Simply perfect! The meal begins with a visit from the chef, who very kindly takes a few minutes at each table, and then the courses follow one after another... An explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced and without a single misstep. We've been several times and can say it's one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants we've ever experienced.
