Regarding the Ibarboure brothers' restaurant:
We had a memorable experience from beginning to end.
The atmosphere, the quality, the thoughtfulness of the dishes, the friendliness. We spent four hours there, we were so pampered, and apologies again to the staff, but we were truly dealing with passionate chefs, displaying great skill, humility, and immense creativity in each dish, resulting in masterpieces. The professionalism of the staff is also noteworthy. A restaurant not to be missed in the southwest!

A wonderful experience at La Table des Frères Ibarboure. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious food. The pairing of non-alcoholic drinks was original and truly surprising.
The apple dessert was simply perfect for ending the meal on a fresh and elegant note.
Thank you to Clara in the dining room, who was smiling and pleasant and made the experience even more enjoyable.
We will gladly return to enjoy the terrace in the spring or summer.

We visited the restaurant. Expectations were high. The experience was quite good. The setting was beautiful, both the landscape and the architecture. The restaurant was bright and welcoming, with excellent views. The furniture was rather simple. The lounge with a fireplace was very nice and cozy. The terrace was also very pleasant. The service was very attentive and professional, with staff who went out of their way to please, even using foreign languages.
The pace of service was a bit slow with some gaps.
The dishes were very elaborate and flavorful. The presentation was spectacular. The tasting menu was varied and comprehensive, and the à la carte menu was of high quality.
The wine list was very complete and varied. Great attention to detail.
