Me and my wife had a delicious dinner at this restaurant. Food and wine were really good.
We had a great time.
Staff were friendly and cordial.

Restaurant well known to Nanceins and certainly appreciated by tourists.
Superb location on the main street near the Lorrain museum.
Very pretty terrace, and very nice warm interior.
Mainly Lorraine cuisine, with good quality cheese.
Smooth and pleasant service.
Possibility of purchasing some products on site, Les Frères Marchand also has a beautiful stand at the Covered Market.

Huge choice on the menu with typical dishes.
The food is of quality and quantity, it is a delight.
However, the service marred the experience, lemonade spilled on the t-shirt, forgotten plates and lack of explanation of the dishes.
I recommend it for the dishes which are excellent but not necessarily for the service.

On a Sunday in Nancy there aren't many places open so it was heaving.
We soon had a table and so pleased we did.
We had a mixed platter for the 3 of us to start, supposed to be for 2 but it was huge!!! I had steak which I'd not realised was cook yourself, I really enjoyed it and the fries were good.
My daughter had a pot of mussels in blue cheese sauce which were fresh and tasty, plus a huge portion! Husband had "ham and potatoes" which was a huge gammon joint on the bone with rosti potatoes. He could barely finish it 🤣.
We had creme brulle for dessert, which had a satisfying crack. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly.

Very good discovery..
We had grated Vogiens, Caesar salad and a plate of carpaccio and it was very very good..
The dishes were generous and the sauce was excellent.
I advise
Counted per person aperitif and main course 28 euros per person

Décor kitsch qui se veut dans un style winstub comme en Alsace mais très simpliste.
Carte avec un très grand choix. Les plats que nous avons mangé étaient bons mais sans plus, mais les prix très élevés : un pied de porc désossé avec râpés de pommes de terre donc très simpliste à 27 € !!!, une souris d'agneau à 31 € !!! la bière 1664 de 25 cl à 5,90 €. Pour comparaison il y a 2 restos gastronomiques à 100 et 150m qui proposent des menus de midi (entrée + plat + dessert) à 28€ . Le comble un resto bistronomique à 200m affichait une souris d'agneau à 22 €. !!!
