A Toulouse restaurant not to be missed! It's always a pleasure to come here: the service is simply wonderful, warm, and attentive, just like the city itself. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into each plate. It's a place you'll return to without hesitation, whether for a romantic meal or a get-together with friends. I highly recommend it!

Positive experience at the restaurant. Everything was good. The set menu is obviously economical, but that doesn't compromise the quality and presentation. The service was quick, and I didn't mind being at the bar. Impeccable. I'll gladly come back to try other dishes.

Excellent restaurant in the traditional bouillon style. A warm welcome and very reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff. Simple but excellent cuisine. Choose this place over the nearby chains; you won't be disappointed.

We went there two or three times a long time ago to try it out, but we were keen to go back since the menu changed. We wanted to try this "bouillon" version of the establishment. So, we went on a Saturday evening at 8 pm as a couple. We ordered: gizzard salad with croutons and goose rillettes with gherkins / trout fillet with potato and cauliflower gratin and half a young rooster with homemade fries / homemade chocolate mousse and brioche French toast with caramel. The food was very good overall (it's a shame there was no seasoning available on the table). Special mention for the chocolate mousse, it was amazing!!! However, be aware that the gizzard salad and the trout fillet were rather small portions, but for the price, that's perfectly normal! We paid €47 for everything (including two aperitifs), which is very reasonable! Excellent value for money! The service was impeccable! The staff were young, smiling, chatty, pleasant, dynamic, and offered good advice! Congratulations!!! Well done! Fast service, automatic bread refills (no need to ask), just remember to offer condiments (salt, pepper, mayo, ketchup, etc.). The atmosphere. We're usually customers who prefer a calm atmosphere, but it's our fault, we knew what to expect... so we ended up in a trendy, music-filled environment. The decor is stylish and very colorful, but the dim lighting bothered us a little. We're mentioning it for informational purposes, but we weren't complaining because that's the atmosphere this establishment was aiming for, and we knew it! Avoid going there with children (in the evening), but for a couple or group of friends who want a good meal, not too expensive, and a trendy atmosphere, GO FOR IT!!! I tried this new food concept last night. The food was delicious, affordable, and varied. The welcome was incredibly warm. They always had a kind word. The service was quick. Sébastien and his team are very pleasant. The beers are also very good. The DJ music was a nice touch as well. Simply, thank you!
