The food is amazing, very creative and delicious. And the staff is very friendly and professional.
The fusion of flavors is inventive, even daring, but fits comfortably within classic approaches to French cuisine. You will not find the standard menu; moreover, you can find many chefs focusing on a precise but predictable service. Here you'll find a menu that's not ordinary, precisely executed, beautiful to behold, and inventively delicious. Do not miss !

A wonderful restaurant with extremely friendly and attentive staff. I think the menu concept is great and the creativity and passion of the chefs is evident on every single plate. I also thought the matching wine recommendations for each dish were great. I have often eaten in good restaurants, but this one really impressed me. It tasted excellent, many thanks to the team. I can only recommend everyone to reserve a table here on their next visit to Tours and enjoy the great food.

Déco soignée, cosy, et moderne
La dynamique patronne dynamique et avenante
L'assiette est soignée et très originale (choix de 3 entrées, 3 plats, 3 dessert, fromage en option, d'ailleurs très bons !)
Les alliages culinaires sont audacieux et souvent accompagnés de sauce. La carte change environ tous les deux mois.
Des grands crus proposés au verre (par un système de sous vide)

Service agréable.
Tout est très bon, de l'entrée au dessert, les produits sont de qualité, et il y en a pour tout les goûts, c'est raffiné, c'est fin et ça se mange tout seul.
Petit + sur les desserts exceptionnels que j'ai mangé les 2 fois où j'y suis allée.
Seul inconvénient l'ambiance de la salle et la place à table, l'emplacement ne sont pas top.
