Nice place and friendly waiters - good choices like fish of the day or butchers cut - only the potato chips need a serious review by the chef. They tasted overcooked and not good at all - we told the waiter.

The waitress was very friendly and the food arrived very (too) quickly. I think everything was precooked because all the dishes were overcooked.

A very successful lunch with friends. We didn't regret our choice in the old town of Le Mans: the setting, the menu, the food, the service, the wait—everything was impeccable. A great find!

Great place to try! 🤩 We loved the welcome, especially the kindness shown to our dog. She was immediately given a bowl of water, and we were seated at a great table where she had plenty of room. Thank you for that! The food was delicious and fresh! 👍 The non-alcoholic cocktails are also very good. The service was excellent, and the back terrace was lovely and shaded. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Le Mans again! 😁

We had a wonderful time on the superb terrace of this establishment. The dishes were perfect; the onion soup was delicious, and the coquillettes pasta was simply divine. The service was impeccable, even though we were a table of 14, which was a bit of a challenge, but Théo remained calm and was remarkably sincere and helpful. Thank you to La Fabrique 🙏🏼

Fantastic experience! The setting is really lovely, with a quiet little outdoor courtyard and the typical charm of old Le Mans. The food is very good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

24/06/2026: 5 stars because we can't give more. Passing through Le Mans for an overnight stop, for those who enjoy exotic flavors or simply excellent fresh cuisine from the region. However, we were very lucky to be seated without a reservation. Update 24/06/26: 3 years later, nothing has changed, still as good, still the same warm welcome. Still as popular as ever, well done, keep it up! Highly recommended +++
21/06/2026: A truly authentic Thai restaurant! The food is excellent, high quality, and well-presented. The spices and herbs really enhance the dishes. The service is also very friendly and pleasant, and quick. The decor is nice, and the restaurant is spotless. And a special mention for the desserts: it's rare to see an Asian restaurant put so much effort into their desserts, and here they are truly delicious, sophisticated, and not too heavy. We'll be back as soon as possible, without hesitation!
