It's a good place, the menu is good, and the setting is nice. It was tasty; I had a dish of roasted cauliflower and potatoes with Greek yogurt. However, the wait was too long for lunch. We arrived at 12:35, and our food didn't arrive until 1:15, so we only had time to eat that, which is a shame. I'm not taking away a star, though, because the restaurant was full and the service was good, but just too slow. My dish was €19, not a huge portion, but enough for lunch.

A wonderful discovery on Saturday evening in La Flèche. The cuisine was refined, fresh, and perfectly executed—you could taste the care put into each dish, without ever overdoing it. The setting was elegant and very pleasant, ideal for a truly enjoyable experience. Special mention also goes to the service: professional, attentive, and warm, exactly as we like it. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered (or rediscovered). We will gladly return!
