Les Grands Buffets sur Narbonne

A truly wonderful experience at Les Grands Buffets. A magnificent place that showcases classic regional recipes, with an impressive selection. The wine list is remarkable, and the desserts are simply divine. Special mention goes to the rotisserie and the slow-cooked dishes, which are both flavorful and generous. The decor is incredible, with a real emphasis on presentation that enhances the prestigious atmosphere. A particular favorite was the foie gras selection—a true delight. A must-visit, at least once!

Increasingly disappointed (this was our fifth time)... Too many people, more and more tables, and the buffet remains the same size, so we were jostling each other and couldn't even see what was there... Worse, they canceled our reservation and charged us a fee, and it was impossible to reach them by phone. When we arrived, they told us to send a letter... They need to get real and remember that without customers, they are nothing, so a little respect wouldn't hurt... We won't be back...

Wow! The atmosphere was wonderful, the Jean de la Fontaine room superb, the food diverse and delicious, the cheeses and dishes were a revelation… and not forgetting our hostess Julie and our Restaurant Manager (Maître d’Hôtel), who were incredibly attentive, charming, welcoming, and always smiling! (Yes… I know, it's part of their job, but… I've seen it elsewhere where they didn't fulfill their duties!)… top-notch service from every staff member we encountered, all smiling… it was truly appreciated! In short, our 30th wedding anniversary definitely deserved a celebration in this place! P.S.: If you're going with young children, some might be "offended" by the lack of "basic" meals (ham and pasta, or the like) or worse, junk food, but other restaurants are nearby! It would be a shame to miss out on this place and have to try dishes that are unfamiliar to you, especially the children! This is a place that demands an appreciation of French culinary art and attentive service! 😉 Mr. and Mrs. S.

Hello everyone! During our reservation and visit on April 1st, everything was wonderful. The welcome, the service, the food... Everything was perfect. It's an unforgettable meal and atmosphere. You have to experience it at least once, or even several times! 😜 Once in your life. A little tip: skip breakfast to fully enjoy your meal. The drinks are very reasonably priced. We will gladly return to savor the dishes we didn't get to try. I highly recommend it. Have a great day everyone!
