A truly wonderful experience! The service and professionalism of the staff were outstanding. It's more than just a meal; it's an experience! The dishes were varied and delicious. From start to finish, I was delighted with my evening. The only slight drawback was the availability; I booked in February to get a table in July. But the wait was well worth it! Thank you! 🤩

The Grand Buffet is a unique experience! Totally worth it! Go find the NY Times article for details if you’re planning to go. Our favorites: oysters, the escargot, lobster, citron givret, baked Alaska. So many other things we wanted to try.

Too much noise, no respect, paying for your meal a month in advance is shameful

A very nice place, where they take care of even the smallest detail. My only criticism was that the lobsters were very dry and the oysters had no flavor... but everything else was excellent.

A theatrical performance in which we were the actors; the staff knew their lines and were quick to adapt to the unexpected. The set design, staging, and overall production were so realistic, you almost expected to see Mr. Escoffier himself make an appearance. A wonderful step back in time; you almost wished you could wear the period dresses to be completely authentic. A truly beautiful moment. P.S. I wouldn't call it a "joyful" moment, having heard that word countless times... I wish you a happy meal... The author has created a style 😉 We came all the way from Martinique to experience this performance; we will be back 🙏

Everything was magnificent, from the setting to the buffet. The staff were attentive and caring. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it; it's an experience not to be missed.

We arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes late... (accident on the A9 motorway) and we were still admitted. The service is still excellent, the selection is huge, and there's something for everyone!

It was a magnificent experience. I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. In my opinion, they're unjustified. Once you've made your reservation, everything is explained to you: ideally, no children, or if they do, they pay the same price as an adult; cancellations are complicated, if not impossible... and proper attire is required. It's very simple; once you understand the principle, there's no room for dissatisfaction. There's no need to leave bad reviews when all you have to do is read. Furthermore, the welcome is simply incredible, carried out with the utmost respect for the customer and according to ancient traditions; it's magical. The dishes are incredible, each more delicious than the last. You'll find all the classic dishes of good French cuisine. From tournedos Rossini to kidneys in Madeira sauce, pan-seared foie gras, veal blanquette, calf's head with gribiche sauce... and that's just the beginning; there are too many to list. The starters are the same: quail eggs aspic, shellfish, lobster, charcuterie, a plate of foie gras... And the cheese selection is endless; they hold the Guinness World Record for the most cheese varieties. Amazing! The desserts... phew! If you manage to find room, there are some real gems: tarte tatin, homemade ice cream, crêpes Suzette, flambéed banana macarons, Congolese chocolate mousse... Drinks not included in the set menu are very affordable: a bottle of still or sparkling water is €1.90. Fruit juices are around €3, and a glass of champagne is €5. Add to all that the breathtaking setting, the attentive staff, and a huge thank you to the charming woman who looked after us. She was incredibly kind and professional; she knew exactly what we needed, and thanks to her, our evening was so enjoyable. The best thing is to form your own opinion. Don't pay attention to negative reviews. For my part, we'll definitely be going back.
