A fantastic time with four friends. Very little wait for the food. Beautiful view from our large table. Efficient, friendly, and discreet servers (the carafe of water magically appeared on our table). The cocktail and aligot exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this establishment.

A superb place! We enjoyed traditional Cantal cuisine. The staff were incredibly attentive 😊 We had a table with a view of the Cantal countryside. I highly recommend this place 😉 We were just passing through the area.

16/05/2026: The best place in Saint-Flour, without a doubt! Delicious local cuisine and some more original dishes. Everything is homemade. The owner, incredibly friendly, even went from the dining room to the kitchen for our enjoyment. While it was good before, we found it even better than in previous years. Excellent polenta with olives as an accompaniment to some dishes, melt-in-your-mouth pork cheek. And a delicious homemade lemon tart, for example. Plus, a great wine list. Very good value for money.

The service was top-notch, efficient, light, and infused with a truly delightful sense of humor. I highly recommend the pan-seared Aubrac beef tartare with Saint-Nectaire cream—a delight for the taste buds! And the desserts? Absolutely divine! A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.
