Excellent restaurant. We ordered sharing platters. I recommend the langoustine risotto. The waiter suggested a very good wine.

A delightful surprise! These charming restaurants offer refined cuisine, and we loved the concept of sharing our plates. Our favorites were the veal carpaccio, the zucchini and feta fritters, and Julie's tiramisu ;) Go without hesitation!

Spotted on Google among the top-rated restaurants, this place immediately won us over with its terrace. Away from the touristy squares of Uzès, it offers an intimate outdoor space thanks to its size, furnished with mismatched vintage pieces. A handwritten chalkboard on the wall completes the picture of the perfect little gem of a restaurant. And we weren't disappointed by the food or the service! Attentive, precise, yet relaxed service. High-quality cuisine, well-sourced, elegant without being pretentious. Dishes are meant to be shared (or not), with prices ranging from €11 to €70 (for a pork chop weighing about 1 kg that day). A diverse range of flavors, proteins, and vegetarian options, prices, traditional dishes, and more adventurous combinations—truly a menu perfectly crafted to satisfy any palate! And the tiramisu to top it all off was simply divine! 🤎 Great! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

Exceptional, friendly professionalism. This little bistro has everything the best have. All the advice was spot-on, the dishes were culinary orgasms, no disappointment whatsoever! And on top of that, they're VERY friendly, almost as friendly as their food! Go without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time at Les Insolents – lots of great food expertly prepared by the chefs – a very pleasant atmosphere with the servers – 4 courses for two, we were completely full.

We didn’t have a booking and they sat us down even though they were busy and clearly very popular. It was really hard to choose that to have because the menu was excellent and so considered. The food was outstanding- really well balanced and high quality ingredients without any pretension. The staff were also amazing and super chilled. Would love to return.
