Certainly one of the best places in Gard and even in France! The concept of chefs in residence is really nice: there are new discoveries every time, with creative chefs and everything is incredibly good. And what about Kim and Nathan? This place would be nothing without them: coming to Les Insolents means coming to experience a moment of conviviality, a gastronomic experience, in all simplicity. And if you love natural wine like me, you will just enjoy listening to Nathan talk about wines and estates. A real treat I tell you! I 200% recommend this place like no other.

An astonishing and creative experience, it all starts from the wine to match the dishes. Young and smiling atmosphere. Worth the detour. 😉

We pre-arranged our travel so that we could dine here and oh my, best decisions ever. The service and food amazing, I like that the atmosphere is grownup but allows for children to enjoy and appreciate well prepared cuisine. Would love to visit again.

Super friendly welcome and service, very good suggestions and top wine list (natural wines). Good dishes with a great selection of the moment, veg choice possible, the only downside is that the chef could pay a little more attention to the presentation. Let us guide you on food/wine pairings. We try for the menu, we go back to have a good time, in all simplicity.

We had a lovely family lunch in August, very nice service and interesting local wines, there is no wine list but the sommelier will ask for your taste, then he will bring you few bottles for to choose. Food was creative & well executed. The chefs are rotating, so it’s a good excuse to come back another time!

Belle invention que de proposer des chefs tournants ! Cette fois ci , comme il y a 4 mois , la cuisine est agréablement surprenante . Beaucoup de vins dits "nature" . Nous reviendrons !
