We loved the lunch menu. From the starter to the dessert, everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the service was welcoming but slow, probably due to staff shortages, but we weren't in a hurry and we truly appreciated our time at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the AI-generated music was awful and played on a loop—what a shame!

I don't give five stars easily. We dined in the Bistro. The three-course menu plus wine pairing was delicious. Compliments to the hospitable staff, top-notch! The dishes combined with the wines? Delicious!

This restaurant exudes professionalism and a love for authentic French cuisine. High-quality dishes featuring local ingredients, beautifully presented. Everything was delicious, especially the rum baba. Excellent value for money. It was a great find; we'll be back. See you soon!

How lucky we are to have this restaurant in Champtoceaux! The cuisine is by a great chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, using fresh, wonderfully prepared ingredients. The signature dish is veal kidneys with Vin Jaune sauce. Everything is refined and homemade, from appetizer to dessert, in a €23 set menu that includes an amuse-bouche and petit fours. If you're a picky eater, this magical place, set amidst medieval towers, isn't for you. The wine list is varied, and the maître d'hôtel, Benjamin, will be happy to advise you. Thankfully, we still have some remarkable restaurants offering good value for money.

This was our first time at this restaurant. The setting was pleasant, the overall tasting menu quite good, and the service provided by a young waiter was simple but very much appreciated. However, with an outside temperature of 37/38°C, and the French doors left open throughout the meal to let in the hot air, as there is no air conditioning; not even a fan to provide some ventilation, which was undoubtedly also hot. As a result, we didn't fully appreciate our meal as we surely should have. This is very regrettable.

We enjoyed an exceptional meal and experience as a group of 17. The menu - three course - included a lovely variety of options for everyone to discover. The groups especially loved the confit de poulet, les escargots, le bœuf, la poisson and the wine selection. The chefs accomodated guests with allergies and dietary concerns with delicious options. We're excited to return!
