Commençons par ce qui est super : la déco de la salle est vraiment recherchée. Le service est courtois et vraiment chaleureux et agréable. La carte des vins est TRÈS réduite (2 champagnes en tout et 4 vins blancs de Bourgogne) mais les vins sont proposés à des prix en dessous de la moyenne. Après pour ce qui est de la cuisine : rien n'est mauvais mais sincèrement rien n'est tres bon non plus : les plats manque de pep's et même de texture (le plat de bar était réellement tres .... fade) et pour certain des écarts de cuisson( Saint pierre trop cuit complètement séché). Nous avons essayé à 4 la totalité de la carte (tres réduite) et sincèrement il n'y a rien qu'on gardera en memoire. Pour finir le sujet qui fâche : La Salle n'était pas complète (2 grandes tables de 6 vides) mais le bruit était absolument assourdissant. l'équivalent de l'entrée de la gare du nord !! On dépasse clairement le désagréable pour en arriver au gênant. On l'a clairement dit à la responsable, mais bon....rien qu'elle puisse faire pour nous. Au final, on ne regrette pas d'avoir essayé, mais on ne reviendra pas.

Let's start with what's great: the decor of the room is really sophisticated. The service is courteous and really pleasant. The wine list is VERY small (2 champagnes in all and 4 white Burgundy wines) but the wines are offered at below-average prices. Afterwards as far as the cuisine is concerned: nothing is bad but honestly nothing is very good either: the dishes lack pep and even texture (the bar dish was really very.... filling) and for certain cooking deviations (Saint Pierre overcooked completely dried). The 4 of us tried the entire menu (very small) and honestly there is nothing that we will remember. To finish the annoying subject: the room is small, no particular insulation on the ceiling and glass on 2 sides of the room. The room was not full (2 large empty tables of 6) but the noise was absolutely deafening. the equivalent of the entrance to the Gare du Nord!! We clearly go beyond the unpleasant to arrive at the annoying. We clearly told the manager, but hey....nothing she can do for us. In the end, we don't regret having tried, but we won't come back.

Delicious food, excellent service, and perfect ambiance. We were a group of five who reserved at the last minute. For our first course, we delighted in the foie gras and cuisses de grenouilles which were delicious and the appropriate size for a three course meal. This was followed by the duck, sea bass and John Dory fish filet. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. Desserts were the perfect finishes. We were also well-counseled on local wines which put the finishing touch on our great experience. I highly recommend for visitors or locals in Vichy.

A regular at this beautiful establishment, I appreciate each stay, the warm welcome, the spacious, very well-equipped rooms, the quiet area, the copious and varied breakfast. The restaurant is pleasant inside or on the terrace by the swimming pool. , very fresh and excellent products, an unmissable address in Vichy close to the city center.

Excellent cuisine, well presented! The location is idyllic for a romantic meal. Very good value for money, thank you to the staff who are very pleasant and take great care of us. The Mr. who must be the manager is very friendly and kind, that's why we come back to see you every summer! Thank you for everything. A very nice address to discover in Vichy.
