We were unfamiliar with your establishment and are delighted to have discovered it. We were at a great table, warmly welcomed, order taken quickly, and the service was always there to respond to a request. Everything was very good. I savored a perfectly crispy and generously filled buckwheat galette, accompanied by service that was as friendly as it was efficient. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic; this is a must-visit in Les Herbiers, and be sure to book in advance.

06/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to eat at Aux Délices des Halles; Agnes and Patrice always welcome us with a smile. The dishes are delicious and seasonal. Special mention goes to the burgers and the octopus, which are excellent, and the homemade chocolate mousse, which is superb!
