Managing a table of 16 is never easy. Everything went very smoothly. A minor service error was quickly resolved with a smile 👍🏻. The welcome was impeccable, and the variety of dishes offered allowed everyone to enjoy their meal. Thank you!

Fantastic evening with friends! The waiter was amazing, smiling and very pleasant. He came over to ask us to sing for a lady's birthday, going from table to table, and everyone joined in – it was lovely. The meal was generous and delicious. Excellent value for money. All the staff were very friendly and smiling. There were 10 of us, and we had booked tables 3-4 for 9 pm.

06/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to eat at Aux Délices des Halles; Agnes and Patrice always welcome us with a smile. The dishes are delicious and seasonal. Special mention goes to the burgers and the octopus, which are excellent, and the homemade chocolate mousse, which is superb!

14/09/2024: It is very well presented and neat (if only for the slices of bread in the basket), It's very well prepared (we clearly feel that the chef loves his job), It's very well cooked (the fish was perfect, the meat too) It's very affordable. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised, for a bistro atmosphere, the cuisine is sought after. After expressing it to the cook, we confirm here the quality of this establishment. Well done, keep going Many people at Herbiers should take example....
11/09/2024: We are passing through for a family weekend. Great experience, the risotto was exceptional. The children ate everything. Finally devoured. The staff is super nice! Don't change anything!
