From the moment we arrived, Clara embodied the spirit of the establishment with elegance and sincerity. Her welcome was attentive, natural, and perfectly executed. She immediately created a warm and refined atmosphere, setting the tone for a meticulously crafted experience from beginning to end. In the kitchen, Valentin offers a symphony of precision. The dishes are clean, structured, and uncluttered. The ingredients are showcased with precision, the cooking is impeccable, and the sauces are rich and balanced. Each dish demonstrates true culinary maturity and unwavering commitment to excellence. A coherence, mastery, and personality emanate from this restaurant, clearly placing it in a new gastronomic dimension. The teams, both front and back of house, fully contribute to this harmony. The first time, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the warm welcome. For Valentine's Day, we decided to repeat the experience, and it was simply unforgettable. Everything was perfect: the refined cuisine, the attentive service, and the atmosphere that made the moment truly unique. You can feel the genuine passion and professionalism of this team. My family and I had a wonderful time. The food was excellent: generous, both in flavor and portion size. The restaurant is located on a large, very peaceful, and beautifully landscaped estate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff is friendly, professional, and above all, very attentive. We will gladly return!
