L’arrivée sur le parking mais clairement dans l’ambiance : le cadre est sublime. L’enceinte comprend l’hotel et le restaurant dans une ambiance nature et colorée de très bon goût. Les plats sont d’une finesse incroyable et le mélange des saveurs fait arborer un rictus de satisfaction sur chaque lèvre en pleine dégustation. MAIS, la salle est très bruyante, peu supportable étant donné que nous pensions passer un moment romantique. Pour ma part j’ai trouvé la musique inadaptée à un dîner gastronomique. Je n’ai rien contre Mike Brant ni contre les chansons françaises mais pas à répétition. Enfin, le service était d’une lenteur inégalée : en début de repas nous étions servis en même temps que les autres tables de 2 pour finir servi après les grandes tables en fin de service. Arrivée à 19h, reparti à 22h45. Je ne me permettrai pas de dénigrer un si bel établissement avec son fort potentiel car la nourriture était un régal. Nous y retournerons certainement dans quelques mois afin de savoir si nous sommes tombés sur un mauvais jour 😉

A cutting-edge, refined, seasonal cuisine, with taste... a treat. We were accompanied on the way out. A true haven of peace, an experience that I highly recommend.
