A timeless day in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Everything was perfect, from the ambiance and the refined, delicious food to the friendly staff. Thank you to the entire team.

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Lovely atmosphere with a charming garden. The very helpful staff are friendly and competent. They speak Alsatian, French, and German. We booked the package including accommodation and dinner. Minor changes to the menu (due to dietary restrictions) were no problem. Excellent wine pairing.

A real gem! The dishes are refined, bursting with flavor, and prepared with immense skill. The cuisine is both simple and highly accomplished, where every detail matters. I adored the scallops, a delicate and perfectly balanced dish. From the hotel to the restaurant, everything was a wonderful discovery. We had a marvelous time and left more than delighted. From the moment we arrived, Clara embodied the spirit of the establishment with elegance and sincerity. Her welcome was attentive, natural, and perfectly executed. She immediately created a warm and refined atmosphere, setting the tone for a meticulously crafted experience from beginning to end. In the kitchen, Valentin offers a symphony of precision. The dishes are clean, structured, and uncluttered. The ingredients are showcased with precision, the cooking is impeccable, and the sauces are rich and balanced. Each dish demonstrates true culinary maturity and unwavering commitment to excellence. A coherence, mastery, and personality emanate from this restaurant, clearly placing it in a new gastronomic dimension. The teams, both front and back of house, fully contribute to this harmony.
