Les Jardins du Vidamé sur Gerberoy

23/06/2025: Great place to eat when you're in Gerberoy. We had lunch in a garden, it was good, the food is homemade. I recommend it.

17/06/2025: An ideal place in good weather, and if the heat makes the main course with its crudités (a choice of homemade pies or quiches and a fresh salad available) more suitable than the mother-in-law's tongue... But... the price of said main course and drinks is still high, yes, I know, we're in Gerberoy... which, like other "estates," has become a great excuse for business (a few years ago, there weren't so many restaurants, quite a change in the layout of the place). I'll add that the waitress was very polite and pleasant; the poor thing was running around trying to satisfy customers, while the cashier at the check desk (probably the owner) came across as unpleasant and really didn't want to engage in conversation with the "little provincial tourist"!!! Backpackers recommended the place. I understand the setting and the concept, but as for the welcome... it really needs to be reworked and inspired by the charm and warmth of Gerberoy... How lucky you are to work in this setting and not be short of customers... Look up from your cash register, show interest in those who make your living, and your reviews will undoubtedly be much better.
