I had the opportunity to discover this restaurant and I recommend it without hesitation! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The dishes were delicious, with a special mention for the fries, which were excellent. The service is quick and efficient, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A generous portion in the brasserie style, but with room for improvement. The homemade fries are good and plentiful. However, I was disappointed with the scallops, which were overcooked for my taste; I would have preferred a pearly center and just a nice golden crust on top. As for the side dish, the fries somewhat overwhelm the delicate flavor of the scallops: a risotto or a leek fondue would have been much more suitable, or even a sauce prepared in the kitchen using the coral. Finally, the salad deserves to be delicately dressed with its vinaigrette beforehand rather than simply smothered on top. The staff seemed to be on vacation, which perhaps explains this lack of rigor and precision. A pleasant place, but one that has the potential to be better! The burgers are generous, well-filled, and the meat is cooked perfectly. Special mention goes to the homemade fries, which are excellent and crispy, not to mention the small fresh salad that accompanies everything. The atmosphere is friendly and the setting pleasant. We will gladly return. The cooking was expertly executed, but the details could be improved ⭐⭐⭐ The pan-seared foie gras was perfectly cooked, with a beautiful caramelized crust, and the pairing with the strawberry coulis was a delightful summer surprise. However, it was a shame the salad was simply coated in dressing rather than dressed. Above all, the complete absence of fleur de sel and a slice of toasted bread to add crunch and texture was a real drawback, preventing the dish from truly elevating it. A good restaurant, but the finishing touches could have been improved.

After cycling 20km in the heat, we were happy to find a shady spot here at 12:30. We felt welcome. The service and food were very good. The lunch menu was high quality, especially the desserts. The prices are fair; you really get good value for your money. The atmosphere is relaxed – tradespeople, city employees, and cyclists on the Meuse Cycle Path. We'd gladly come again. 👍🏻
