We were very well seated and welcomed, but very disappointed by the food (the piece of meat was full of sinew, rubbery, and poorly cooked) and the "café gourmand" where the 3 small desserts (around vanilla ice cream) were really not great...

Excellent. A menu that changes daily, thanks to the chef. Excellent service. Very relaxed yet efficient. Everything for a pleasant lunch break. Alone, as a couple, or in a group. Reservations are recommended.

06/05/2026: A warm welcome from the entire team, a pleasant atmosphere. We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others). A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.
