Excellent! I came here somewhat by chance, but I highly recommend it. The staff is very professional and friendly, and the food is delicious and plentiful. The service is quick and accommodating. What more could you ask for?

We came with a group to attend a small concert and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, from the service to the incredibly warm atmosphere, enlivened by a top-notch singer/guitarist... everyone was delighted to have spent such a lovely evening. Thank you!

24/06/2026: A cuisine that delights the eyes and the palate. Tuna cooked to perfection. Summer vegetables that brighten the plate and melt in your mouth. Pure art. Excellent. A welcoming spot by the canal, with a very distinctive and original decor. THANK YOU for these delightful pleasures.
11/06/2026: We tried it for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. And the servers were excellent.

06/05/2026: A warm welcome from the entire team, a pleasant atmosphere. We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others). A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.
