We took the discovery menu, it was flawless! Everything was perfect, whether it was the fresh produce, the food pairings, the presentation or the service. I recommend without hesitation

An excellent discovery to recommend without hesitation to a public who knows how to appreciate the finesse, the delicacy of a cuisine which knows how to sublimate a product. 10-star welcome with very precise presentation of the dishes served. In short, I highly recommend 🇫🇷🏈🤪

An exceptional restaurant which has preserved the soul of the school. Quality service. An excellent and sought-after menu. The setting is very pleasant, the tables spaced sufficiently apart to maintain privacy. Very reasonable prices considering the quality. THANKS !

Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes qui ont choisi poisson ou viande .les entrées et les desserts ont été identiques. Un très bon repas où Jessica a pris soin de notre groupe. Seul b mol ça été le vin qui n'a pas été à l'hauteur ni le rouge ni le blanc. Pour moi ça reste toujours le meilleur resto de Castres rapport qualité prix.

De passage à Castres et guidés par les avis sur Tripadvisor, nous avons opté pour ce restaurant et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Un cadre très agréable sous le préau de l'ancienne école situé dans un quartier calme. Tous les plats étaient vraiment excellents, servis dans de la belle vaisselle par la patronne efficace et très agréable.

04/12/2024: Good hotel, good welcome and good breakfast. Located about 20 minutes walk from the center.
03/12/2024: Staff who take great care of customers, doing everything to satisfy us. We really feel welcomed. The rooms are pretty and clean, well soundproofed, the bedding comfortable. The bathroom is the only point to improve: the shower head which cannot be adjusted in height and a non-watertight wall which means that water gets everywhere. It's very unpleasant. On the other hand, I appreciated the Nuxe products.
