Great bedding and a very good location :)

Small, clean room but soundproofing needs improvement. Rather noisy neighbor. Disappointed by the breakfast (considering the price...). Ideally located in the city center.

I spent one night there in March 2025. Booked at the last minute. Very warm welcome upon arrival in the evening. I didn't try dinner or breakfast. The room was large, very clean, and quiet. The bathroom is a bit dated, but it wasn't a problem for one night. A good hotel located in the city center, right across from the train station. Very good value for money.

We stayed here for only one night while passing through Valence. The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station, a 24-hour parking area, and three other hotels nearby. During check-in, we were not asked to show our passports. Fortunately, our room was on the first floor, which made it easy to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The elevator is old-fashioned, but it worked perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable, although the floor was quite noisy. The room only had three power sockets, and they weren’t very practical. The view was disappointing, and the TV looked outdated, probably from the early 2010s. Overall, the stay was decent, and the service was good and fast.

Last-minute booking for one night (Saturday to Sunday). Excellent welcome from the gentleman at reception, very friendly and professional, who prepared everything for our arrival and clearly explained the included services. Parking is available in the train station car park a few meters away for a small additional fee. The common areas (reception, restaurant, breakfast room) are pleasant and the decor is modern. The room, however, was quite small and lacked natural light. The main light shone directly into our eyes when we were lying down, which was not at all comfortable. The bathroom was very cramped, with a damaged cabinet under the sink that really needs replacing. The hotel shows its age, despite some modernization efforts. The parquet floor creaks and moves with every step. Breakfast is nothing special: the bare minimum, with bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, a little fruit, and not much else. Finally, it's not a particularly quiet hotel: you can hear other guests walking and talking, the noise of the street, and from early morning, the cleaning staff talking quite loudly, probably on their phones. For a short stay, the hotel does the job, but not for anything longer.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very nice room, right next to the train station, very quiet. I highly recommend this establishment.
