From start to finish this meal was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, wonderful presentation. We loved the quaint atmosphere of the bistro and the service was very good and patient with out lack of the French language. If you visit Tours, Les Negociants is a must do.

Extra. Par une journee caniculaire, nous nous sommes arrétés déjeuner.
Mmm, quelles saveurs : aussi bien l'entree burrata tomates avec l'assaisonnement...
La viande; mon fils de 12 ans a DEVORÉ son boeuf. Une tuerie!!!
Mon mari idem avec son poulet sauce chorizo
Quant à moi la dorade "thaï" : le dosage parfait pour relever le tout.
... originaires d'Alsace, on y mange bien. Mais là, c etait tout aussi bon!!! Voir meilleur. Ça change. En tous cas, on a a-do-ré !!!!

Bustling local bistro serving fantastic local dishes and wines, with a good value weekday lunch menu. One of the best lunch places open on a Monday in central Tours, also small dog friendly, which is lovely. The bubbly Vouvray is very nice indeed, as are the small scallops served with garlic butter.

Je suis allée déjeuner avec mon conjoint pour mon anniversaire...
Manque d'amabilité déjà a l'arrivée.
Demande pour être en terrasse ça a l'air de les avoir dérangés, mais bon on a eu qd même notre table dehors.
Les plats sont vraiment délicieux rien. Adore sur la qualité de la cuisine et des produits.
Mais j'attends encore mon café que j'avais demandé en même temps que le dessert de monsieur..🙄
J'ai connu l'ancien propriétaire, j'y venais souvent, et là il y a un manque .... reviendrai je??

Everything was perfect, the Roquefort sauce was to die for and the salted butter caramel brioche dessert was exquisite!!
