Authentic local gem!! great food and friendly atmosphere! I had a wonderful lunch here! The restaurant has a cozy, no-frills atmosphere with a classic French bistro feel simple wooden tables, chalkboard menus, and a welcoming bar area. The place filled up quickly with locals, which is always a good sign. The menu offers great value for money, with a formule express or complete menu including tasty homemade dishes. I tried the brochette de bœuf sauce béarnaise and it was delicious perfectly cooked meat and generous portions. The terrine de canard as a starter was also really good. Service was fast and friendly, even when the restaurant got busy. It’s clearly a popular spot for lunch among regulars. The wine list is well-priced, with nice options like Côtes du Rhône and Brouilly. If you’re looking for a genuine, hearty French meal in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be back!

What makes this restaurant truly unique is that the daily special changes every lunchtime: you can try new flavors very often, without getting bored, and always at the same price. There is also a selection of drinks and wines to accompany the meal. For us, it has become the go-to place for a good lunch, relaxing, and having a good time. A real gem not to be missed in Châtillon!

A great place, even if the storefront isn't very impressive. This lunchtime canteen is great. It's crowded and noisy, but that means it's good! It's cheap (starter and main course €15.50), with good quality products and a responsive service! Thank you, Sasha, you're a great server, and for the extra sauce, even though I didn't ask for it, for the escalope with Parmesan sauce! I'll be back! Monica
