As a gourmet, I'm a regular at Les Oliviers. I appreciate the quality of the food and its seasonal variety. Les Oliviers restaurant knows how to combine flavors with originality in its preparations. A very good restaurant ideally located on the shores of Lake Bourget.

A wonderful discovery in Brison-Saint-Innocent along the shores of Lake Bourget! A fantastic menu featuring fresh lake fish! The dishes looked delicious and the prices were reasonable considering the quality! A warm welcome and easy parking!

Dishes that pay homage to French culinary tradition, with touches of originality and, above all, great attention to customer service, including amuse-bouches to start, the option to choose from several types of bread, and homemade petits fours with coffee. The latter, extremely rare indeed, is chosen from a menu offering various Arabica blends, which helps avoid "ending on a bad note, as is unfortunately often the case," to quote the restaurant owner (an opinion I completely share!).

Auberge de Brison

05/10/2026: An inn where you can enjoy real perch from the lake. The only downside is the service isn't great. In short, I go there for the quality of the food.
