Fantastic experience at the gourmet restaurant in Bandol! We were staying at the hotel and decided to try this restaurant, and we weren't disappointed! The €90 menu was a real discovery: each dish was expertly crafted with excellent flavors and truly successful combinations! The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, which was very much appreciated. A wonderful experience for a first menu at this price; I highly recommend it!

March 16, 2026 A very prestigious Michelin star for Chef Martin Feragus. My warmest congratulations to this excellent chef at the helm of Les Oliviers, whose star continues to shine brightly, to the great satisfaction of his clientele. March 2023 A few weeks ago, for my birthday, my partner surprised me by booking a table at your wonderful restaurant. It was a series of delightful surprises in a splendid setting, both inside and out. The welcome and service were impeccable. And let's not even mention the meal, which was divine. No excessive pretension, but often simple and classic dishes revisited by an artist who loves his craft. Until now, I had no idea that such a chef, and especially such inventive cuisine, did honor to our region and to gastronomy, could be found in this sunny village. Seeing this Michelin star gave me all my answers...on to the second one!

An exceptional culinary experience! This private journey with four stops, enhanced by wine pairings, was truly enchanting. Each dish, showcasing beautifully prepared local produce, combined finesse and creativity. The attentive service at every moment perfectly contributed to our well-being. A superb discovery of the gourmet restaurant Les Oliviers in Bandol, which we recommend without hesitation.

A magnificent restaurant in an idyllic setting, with impeccable service and sophisticated cuisine. A great deal of work went into the first bite, and you can feel the attention to detail, even on the tableware and knives, which are branded with the restaurant's name. The emphasis on local products, such as those from Domaine de la Croix d'Allon or ducks from Sainte-Baume, is delightful. A success from start to finish, with delicious dishes. What more can I say except that I forgot to leave a tip at the end? (The wine pairings and the digestif were too much for me; I sincerely apologize to the staff for this oversight 😅🙏🙏🙏 Shame on me 😅 I'll make it up to you next time; I hope they read this!)

We had the pleasure of dining at Les Oliviers restaurant, and the experience was remarkable. Dinner began with a delicate and perfectly balanced butternut squash velouté, followed by a precisely cooked John Dory fillet, enhanced by refined accompaniments. To finish on a high note, the chestnut cake added a touch of indulgence and elegance. The dishes are crafted with finesse and presented with care. The service is attentive, seamless, and worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Special mention goes to the sommelier, who was very professional and whose expert advice perfectly complemented our meal. A truly wonderful gastronomic experience, which we wholeheartedly recommend.

Thalazur Bandol is incredible in every way, but the restaurant isn't what it used to be. You really shouldn't be hungry; there's nothing in the dishes, lots of emulsion, and nothing transcendent. Gastronomy usually means discovery, but not here. The food is far too light; you shouldn't leave hungry.

We were staying at the hotel and enjoyed the half-board meal plan. The menu is set, but the waiter asks if everything is to our liking. Amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, and petits fours follow one another. The dishes are presented like a story. Everything is refined and delicious. Even the loaf of bread and the accompanying olive oil, "which quickly become a delicacy," as the head waiter remarked. The service is impeccable and very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and evening. You have the option of a blind degustation menu (by choosing only the number of dishes you want) or a la carte. We went for the 6 dishes (blind) degustation menu. The food was great with some dishes being nicer than others. I must remember to be intolerant to truffles next time, as there was a lot of it and I am not at all a fan. But overall it was amazing and had truly exceptional dishes like the wagyu grade 5 beef and the foie gras with sardine (see pic). The deserts were also very good. Service was amazing with all waiters being very professional and attentive. Just be prepared to pay a hefty sum. It is even more expensive than Michelin star restaurants we have visited before.

De la Terre au Vin

02/04/2026: Back at this restaurant after about ten years… and still just as good. The experience was exceptional, a true restaurant, with all that implies. A well-crafted menu, dishes that flowed seamlessly, each with its own unique touch and impeccable execution. A very pleasant surprise on the wine front as well, with a quality selection that perfectly complemented the meal. But the real highlight was the desserts: you immediately know they're their specialty. Precise execution, indulgence, balance… it's hard to imagine anything better. An establishment that has evolved while retaining its soul. I highly recommend it.
29/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise, fresh produce cooked in a different way than other restaurants. A very warm welcome and excellent wines to accompany the dishes.
