Warm welcome, fast service, excellent cuisine

A very enjoyable overnight stay. The room was impeccable in every respect. The restaurant offered excellent value for money. In short, a provincial establishment that I love to frequent.

Hotel well located in the center. The small apartment we had was very clean and lovely. The restaurant is a must for its dishes. The fish was cooked to perfection. The egg meurette was delicious. I give it 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

Charming little hotel ideally located on a quiet street, well soundproofed, air conditioning, new and very clean rooms. Welcome by a lovely and very helpful manager. Nothing to complain about, generous breakfast. We recommend it 100%.

Review of the Hôtel-Restaurant Les Pasteliers – Stay from August 1st to 2nd, 2025 with my wife We spent one night at the Hôtel Les Pasteliers and also had the pleasure of dining there on the evening of August 1st with a group of 12 guests. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is a charming establishment, ideally located on a quiet street in the center of Lavaur, with easy parking nearby. Room No. 7, which we occupied, was very clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable, with high-quality bedding, a small lounge, and a kitchenette. We greatly appreciated the attention paid to the decor and comfort, which made the stay particularly pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant reflects the hotel: welcoming, warm, and of high quality. The dinner we shared with our guests was an unforgettable experience: delicious dishes prepared with fresh produce, generous yet refined cuisine, and impeccable, attentive, and friendly service. Several dishes and desserts truly impressed us with their flavor and precision. The value for money is remarkable. Finally, a special word for the welcome: the entire team was available, friendly, and highly professional, whether upon our arrival, at dinner, or at breakfast. This sense of service truly makes a difference and immediately makes us want to return. A special mention goes to the person who warmly welcomed us and took the time to communicate with us via text, email, and phone to prepare our stay down to the smallest detail. In short, the Hotel-Restaurant Les Pasteliers is a place we highly recommend, both for a stay and for a meal. It has everything: charm, comfort, quality cuisine, and warmth. We will definitely return on our next visit to Lavaur.
