We come from time to time, and our taste buds are always pleasantly surprised and delighted. The service and the friendliness of the staff are second to none. It rivals any restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. A must-try.

A truly excellent restaurant, offering refined cuisine made with very local produce and a daily menu with original flavors. For €20, you get a choice of two starters, a main course of slow-cooked meat (often lamb, which is rare in restaurants) with beautifully presented fresh vegetables and frequently a touch of fruit, all prepared in a tagine style. It's always a delight. And at least two desserts to choose from. Whenever I go alone, I can always get a table, even if it means a short wait. In the summer, there are tables in the shaded courtyard. A real pleasure!

A friendly restaurant with homemade products; the Corsican charcuterie platter was excellent. I highly recommend it. Be sure to book ahead; you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday evening we had booked a table for 6 for a family birthday meal. It was a delight. An excellent evening, both in the atmosphere and in the food. Real professionals working exclusively locally, as close as possible to exceptional products made by people who are just as exceptional. 29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!
30/08/2025: Very good! Restaurant in the heart of the city center, walk in the medieval quarter afterwards, great!!!
