The decor, completely redesigned by Villa Norris, is inspired by the lake and its beautiful, ever-changing light reflecting the colors of the sky. You're seated comfortably, with a small lamp at each table, and the service is pleasant, attentive, and well-orchestrated. The cuisine, focused on local lake produce, is both delicious and expertly prepared. I recommend the perch fillets with basil cream sauce and crispy, golden fries. The view of the lake at sunset is magnificent. Don't forget to visit the restrooms, which feature an original and thoughtful design.

Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. The dining room is beautiful. Regarding the food, I ordered the salmon tartare as a starter and the beef tartare as a main course; both lacked a certain something, in my opinion.

Disappointed 😞:
The fries weren't homemade.
The perch fillet was a bit dry.
The shallot meunière sauce was just okay; it tasted like a standard store-bought sauce.
The cod fritters were very good.
On the other hand, the lakeside terrace was fantastic.

First time for us, being from the area, and a truly wonderful experience! The staff was pleasant, the chef came around to the dining room to get feedback from his customers, the wine list was excellent, and the strawberry-lemon tart was superb! The same went for the main course and the appetizers!
(It's a shame about the frozen fries.)

A beautiful, newly renovated restaurant with lovely, cozy decor. The staff was very pleasant and the food was excellent. We had perch fillets with meunière sauce, basil sauce, and shallot sauce—original and truly delicious. The only downside was the average quality of the desserts. We ordered crème brûlée and ice cream sundaes.
