We ate the marinated mussels with french fries and 2 sauces, one with chives and the other with cream cheese. At first the combination of mussels and cheese seemed risky, but it is actually very pleasant. A good crem brulé.

Nice little place, very basic. The food is unpretentious, but the meat dishes are good and full-bodied. Alas, I got a pizza that was raw on the dough despite cooking, a shame because the ingredients on top were very tasty. However, I recommend the meat dishes

Simple, effective. Classic, traditional, very hearty cuisine. Very professional manager, manages the room which fills up visibly with the help of 3 young, smiling and pleasant waitresses.

Our airbnb host recommended to stop here and we got here 30 minutes before they closed and was treated with kindness. We ordered pizzas. Everything was great.

14/09/2024: While passing through Carentan, we wanted to have lunch at a good place that we knew, but it was closed that day. So, disappointed, we fell back on Les Arcades. But what a nice surprise!!! Pleasant decor, friendly and efficient waitresses, simple but extremely tasty cuisine, with more than affordable prices. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

13/08/2024: Pour information Bibi a essayé de te joindre suite au décès de Tata/Maman Marie(Helene) le 20 juillet, enterrement le 26 juillet. Toute la famille était présente avant et après. Contactes Bibi si tu le veux. Pauline
