We booked a table at this restaurant and received a very warm welcome. The table was beautifully set, the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff particularly attentive and caring throughout the meal. The dishes were delicious, well-presented, and of high quality. As a dietician, I would like to make one small observation: the lack of vegetables on some dishes surprised me. There were no vegetables served with the steak tartare or the burger, and only a small portion with the duck à l'orange. This is a shame, because even in high-quality establishments, a balanced meal is essential—vegetables should ideally play a more prominent role. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable time, and the food was still excellent.

I spent one night here, including dinner at the restaurant and breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was high-quality and plentiful. The hotel itself is also very attractive!

I didn't book a room but a seminar room, and it was one of the best I've ever used. The room has two long tables, one with a projection screen, and a relaxation area next to it. The hotel's decor is very attractive and perfectly suited to Chaumont. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. I highly recommend it!
