Les Remparts sur Roanne

I had a real time of pleasure, both in terms of the dishes and the very high quality service (please do not compare with other establishments with more stars) and even that is debatable. No waiting at all during rush hour and the homemade food is worth highlighting. Thank you very much you have gained a customer.

Excellent, fast, efficient service

Very good restaurant with excellent price-quality service, I recommend.

Tasting menu at €41, a little disappointing, two prawns on a brunoise of summer vegetables, a little bland, without much interest. A cod steak, good but with just an unoriginal mashed potato. A cheese plate with only one cheese. Only the dessert stood out for me, a roasted pineapple pavlova with lots of flavor, but hey, pavlova is very easy to make. Well, all correct but nothing more. What's less so is a barely clean table. A spritz after the customer and off we go again without a placemat. A very basic cleaning where you put your dirty cutlery down after entering, since they don't want to change them for you. The quality of service is increasingly lost, while prices rise. Otherwise nice setting and friendly server.

While passing through Roanne, I was recommended this address, which I in turn recommend. Quality starter, main course and dessert for 18€50. Honestly, it's worth it. Go for it !

Great experience, last Monday, a warm welcome and a very good dinner, the dishes are delicious, I particularly enjoyed a beef carpaccio but also a well-cooked fish and cooked to perfection. An address to remember

Restaurant sympathique , bon accueil. Bemol : une invitée surprise (petite chenille) qui devait être dans la salade...apparemment , c est arrivé la semaine dernière " cela prouve que la salade est fraiche"... d après le serveur! Limite......

Tres joli cadre ambiance sympa choix des menus interessants service tres efficace desserts sympa bon choix de vin au bouteille ou au verre ( pour le chauffeur 😀)
