20/02/2026: A very beautiful place. Good food, though perhaps some dishes could benefit from a "signature" touch to make us want to recommend them, like the snail gougère or the foie gras. Both were very good, but they lacked that little something extra. The dishes we ordered, the pork fondant and the andouillette sausage, were excellent, and we'd love to come back for them 😀. The dessert we chose, the macaron with pistachio ganache and dark chocolate ice cream, was an unforgettable experience in both presentation and taste, and above all, it was incredibly light and airy. In addition, the entire meal was accompanied by an excellent Saint Amour wine! We look forward to seeing you again.
