Fantastic! Healthy and delicious cuisine that was both creative and classic, including an exceptional sea bream with lemons and herbs. We were enjoying a Corsican-themed meal and had a delightful evening at Les Sales Gosses, a highlight of our short stay exploring Strasbourg.

Always such a warm welcome, always such a pleasant setting, and always an excellent culinary escape! This trip to Corsica was a delight from start to finish, from the aperitif (Sprite and lemoncello) to the dessert (nougat and sour cherry), from the starter (veal tartare) to the main course (scorpionfish in seafood broth with Angus parsley), everything was absolutely perfect! Bravo to the chef and the entire team! See you soon!

Fantastic experience at Les Sales Gosses in Strasbourg! The atmosphere is both warm and relaxed, perfect for a great time with friends or as a couple. The dishes are original, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious—you can taste the quality ingredients and real creativity in the kitchen. The service is top-notch: welcoming, quick, and always with a smile. Special mention for the desserts, which are definitely worth the trip! I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

It's always a pleasure to return to Les Sales Gosses. We went for the lunch menu on Friday; the menu listed duck, but since we arrived late at the end of the week, it was all sold out. As compensation, they offered us the option of choosing the beef chuck steak, carbonnade style, which wasn't included in the set menu, at no extra cost. It was a very kind gesture, and it was delicious. The lunch menu is truly excellent value for money. The service was friendly and attentive. We ate on the terrace; I was a little worried about the street noise, but it was actually fine. We will definitely return.

28/04/2026: We first visited here in 2015. We came back in 2026 and found the restaurant still here with the same owner. We found out that 2015 was the year the restaurant opened. I shared photos I took from then with our dinner party and with the owner. He even agreed to share in a group photo with us. As before, all beverages, entrees, and desserts were listed on chalkboards. As before, there was a communication about menu items not available or with limited availability. I really enjoyed my beef with pepper sauce and fries. The fish and chip style dish with cod and salmon also was enjoyed. Another in our group gave thumbs up to the pasta with shrimp. In the photos I share a memory of creme brulee being prepared in 2015 and again in 2026.

28/03/2026: I absolutely loved Le Bistronome, which hides some wonderful treasures... From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—a rare quality these days and one that deserves to be highlighted. The food is excellent, entirely homemade with seasonal produce, offering flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts: absolutely delicious, and the tarts... simply divine! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. A very handy bonus: you can reserve and order the daily special for takeout from Tuesday to Friday (by ordering the day before). A pure delight, I highly recommend it! ✨🤤
