We had a very good meal, as usual. The fondues are always delicious, especially the porcini mushroom one. Note that the service might seem a little cold and impersonal, but it's efficient.

Looking for a restaurant on a snowy day, we stumbled upon Les Sapins in Praz-sur-Arly. A warm welcome, a friendly and attentive staff. The dishes were generous and of good quality. We had a lovely time.

04/03/2026: The owner should step down; he's as unpleasant as the view is exceptional! But there are plenty of other mountain restaurants where they're happy to welcome you! Here, they're taking advantage of you… 7 euros for a plate of salad, and when I told him it seemed expensive, he laughed and took the money. There was a piece of glass in the blueberry tart, and once again, no apologies…
17/02/2026: Great. The food is very good and the gourmet coffee is superb.
