The restaurant doesn't look like much, but it's incredibly good, inexpensive, and the portions are generous. We must support Alberto.

Amazing food, super friendly welcome and great music!

The food is incredible, the decor not so but once you start eating, you will be happy you came.

From the outside, the restaurant is unassuming. You could easily walk right past it. Then you go in. And sometimes, in the back of the room, Alberto is reading. A novel by Laurent Mauvignier, or Fatou Diome. Meanwhile, the dishes simmer. Alberto is an incredible cook. Undoubtedly the best chicken yassa in Paris. A perfect, rich, comforting sauce. Simple, generous cuisine that warms the soul. And Alberto is also a wonderful host. Here, you're welcomed with warmth and without any fuss. A restaurant that has become a must-visit in the 19th arrondissement, known and loved by those in the know.

Ah, Alberto's smile! Delicious African dishes, perfect for takeout, reheating, and enjoying at home. Chicken-based cuisine, flavorful sauces, rice, vegetables, bananas...it's simple, comforting, and delicious. And so kind. The chicken meatballs are particularly good, but not always available. A nice Cameroonian beer is a bonus...my favorite little restaurant when I can't be bothered to cook!

I'm a regular at Alberto's. His food is homemade and delicious!

There are some restaurants in Paris that are simply indispensable, and this is one of them. The food is just amazing, the chef is incredibly kind and welcoming, the prices are fair, and the portions are generous. If you're looking for a place where you can eat high-quality food at an affordable price, this is the place to go. I should also mention that the chef has great taste in music, which I really enjoyed. ✌🏽
