Pizza was so-so at €15, panna cotta in a small glass for €6.80. I'm giving 3 stars for the service and the coffee, which was excellent.

You really have to be motivated not to succeed at making pizzas or pasta to this extent... On the other hand, the servers are cool and attentive.

The restaurant is well located, with limited seating, so be sure to reserve a table. The service is excellent, the place is small, but that has its charm.
I choose this restaurant because the semolina pizza dough is divine: light, crispy, and soft all at once, and the taste of the dough is exceptional.
What I like less:
- Rare seafood options: no shellfish, smoked salmon, shrimp, or scallops. Just tuna.
- The chili oil on the tables is rancid; it has an unpleasant taste, and the color is so inconsistent that you really wonder if it's not reused cooking oil (cloudy and dark). I ruined the taste of my pizza by putting it all around the table the first time. The second time, I didn't touch it.

We arrived at 7 pm, a group of 14, as we had a movie scheduled for 8:30 pm.
And at 8:20 pm, we left again for drinks, a main course, and dessert—hats off to you!

Cold welcome on December 4th at 1:30 PM. Order: lukewarm fagotini and a Neapolitan pizza with very, very few toppings. Furthermore, when it came time to pay the bill (€33.40), no one asked us if we were satisfied with our meal. It felt like a money-making machine. Avoid it...

There were four of us... Not everyone was convinced.
Chorizo Pizza: the chorizo had turned to oil from overcooking... It smelled like grease.
Reine Pizza: delicious. Generously topped. Very generous portion. Perfectly cooked crust. A real treat.
2 Gorgonzola Pastas: Why grated Gruyere on top of the Gorgonzola?...
Red wine by the glass. Meh...
Limoncello Baba: very good.
A little over €20 per person. Acceptable price.

Honestly amazing. We arrived at 4 and were very kindly told to come back a little later because they were full at the first service. How right we were to come back!!!! The charcuterie is superb, the mozzarella/burrata perfect, the sweet wine very good, the carbonar pasta and the pasta filled with raw ham in sage sauce are amazing, the speck pizza is just as good and we won't even mention the desserts. To top it all off, the service is attentive without being intrusive. Totally recommended, we will absolutely come back the next time we are in this pretty little town of Chinon! One last thing: they accept animals so we will come back with our dog!
