Here. A review to raise the rating Cecile gave you, who apparently knows nothing about restaurants. Ordering at 6:30 PM to be served at 7:00 PM. She should just go to McDonald's if she wants something faster, and therefore mass-produced. Living in Chinon doesn't make her a priority. She must be another one of those people who isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. Anyway, have a good evening and good luck.

A great spot in the heart of Chinon's lively center, perfect for Italian dinner or takeaway. Friendly staff. Reservations are recommended: they were already having to turn customers away by the end of April.

We went to this restaurant somewhat by default. It was a pleasant surprise. The pizza and pasta were very good.

The restaurant isn't easily identifiable as the tables are upstairs. The pasta is excellent and the portions are generous. The restaurant did its best to accommodate the marathon runners! The service was very quick. The only slight downside: you have to ask not to be seated at the two tables downstairs next to the restrooms and the bar... A real train station waiting room, to be avoided at all costs.

The waiter was very friendly and offered great wine recommendations.
The portions were generous; we couldn't finish everything, but it was delicious.
