A great spot in the heart of Chinon's lively center, perfect for Italian dinner or takeaway. Friendly staff. Reservations are recommended: they were already having to turn customers away by the end of April.
The restaurant isn't easily identifiable as the tables are upstairs. The pasta is excellent and the portions are generous. The restaurant did its best to accommodate the marathon runners! The service was very quick. The only slight downside: you have to ask not to be seated at the two tables downstairs next to the restrooms and the bar... A real train station waiting room, to be avoided at all costs.
A small, picturesque restaurant in the heart of Chinon, delicious cuisine, and regarding the welcome, a special mention for Marceau, who looked after our table, thank you for your kindness.
The waiter was very friendly and offered great wine recommendations.
The portions were generous; we couldn't finish everything, but it was delicious.
The food was high quality.
Thank you for the doggy bag.
The pizza was a nice size. You could taste the tomato sauce, but that was it; the pizza lacked flavor and the cooked ham wasn't great. It needed olives and spices to give it some taste.
