Gastro restaurant at a very reasonable price, very friendly staff, I recommend we had a great time and we will come back with pleasure

I was not impressed by the texture of the tournedos that was served to me for €32 and unseasoned. The accompaniment was quite tasty as well as the asparagus cream. The glass of Syrah wine is fruity and delicious. The chocolate fondant, on the other hand, has a too liquid core, which inspires industrial confectionery for me. The red syrup should be left aside. I have an overall mixed opinion of this dinner considering the price.

Without a doubt a very good address in our beautiful Ariège. Everything is good, from the little aperitif treats to the little digestive treats. A clean, simple, effective style. The cooking is all perfect, it lacks a hint of sauce for my taste and a little touch of madness to transcend all that a little otherwise we had a beautiful and pleasant evening. Good classic-style restaurant, a menu prepared with seasonal products, beautiful, tasty and well-presented dishes, a wine list with a large choice of 50cl bottles, it's rare enough to point this out. A discreet and very professional service provided by a charming, very smiling young girl, as well as by the Chef himself! We had an excellent evening there.
