A restaurant that offers very good dishes from starter to dessert.
The salads are fresh and delicious, the Aubrac meat tender and aligot tasty.
The tart and the gentian sorbet are crazy 🙏🏻 all that with a little eau de vie for the final touch.
Pleasant service, I recommend.

Restaurant offering a wide variety of traditional dishes. you enter a room combining authentic and modern decoration, in perfect harmony with the food served. And speaking of service, I wish good luck to this boss who will serve you dishes deliciously prepared by his wife in the kitchen. Courageous people who accept additional customers when there are only two of them for a Saturday evening. A fine example of dedication as it is rare.
Thank you for this impromptu service and we look forward to it.

Si vous aimez les bons légumes bien préparés vous serez satisfait.
Mais la viande est également de qualité et cuite à souhait.
Terminez en vous laissant tenter par un dessert tous faits maison.
Le restaurant est ouvert 7 jours sur 7, midi et soir.
Je vous laisse découvrir la gentillesse et la disponibilité du patron...

Quite simply the restaurant of the year: from start to finish no false note with recipes faithful to the atmosphere of Aubrac. Exquisite meat, incredible gentian dessert and awesome gentian brandy. Thank you for all your efforts it was great

First time I've seen aligot served with cheese, in liquid form, on the side. The terrace is overcrowded and not pleasant.

Very pleasant, quiet restaurant.

I had lunch outside, a beautiful decorated terrace, I felt at ease as soon as I entered this restaurant, the owner smiling, friendly as well as his son who brought me a beautiful vegetarian plate, thank you for thinking of us (vegetarians) in a region renowned for its cold cuts and meat, I went back one evening with friends from Lozère who are regulars, once again a nice welcome, we had a lovely evening, thank you, I'm there will happily return if I come back to nasbinals.
