We enjoyed a delicious steak (Aubrac beef?) accompanied by a delicious aligot. The setting is magnificent with an incredible view of the surrounding countryside. The service and welcome were excellent.

Absolutely magnificent setting, in a charming traditional stone hut. The restaurant is spacious, very cozy, and truly delightful; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The service was impeccable: well-paced, no waiting, everything flowed naturally, just the right amount of service. As for the food, simple ingredients were showcased beautifully. The dishes were both delicious and satisfying! And all this at a very reasonable price, especially considering the exceptional setting. The staff were very friendly, making for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team, everything was perfect!

Good restaurant, but a bit pricey. Nothing like the Auberge du Lac where we usually eat. But the Buron was the only one open. Well done!

Fantastic welcome! It's quite amusing to eat such local cuisine in such a chic setting! That's the charm of Le Buron du Ché! The aligot is PERFECT

Excellent place. A well-maintained and welcoming setting, both inside and out. Local dishes, quality ingredients (only the white bread might be a little underwhelming... but you don't eat bread with aligot!). A very good place. The owner is a bit abrupt and direct with customers, but we'll be back!

We went to the restaurant on Sunday, October 24th. The staff was excellent and professional, with a lovely view. The food was very good. We'll definitely be back. I returned for a birthday meal, which was just as good (November 8th, 2025). I will be back.
