We had a wonderful time together as a family. I would like to highlight the quality of the service and the generous portions of the meal, all served in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.

In a charming and unique setting, housed in a renovated barn, Les Tables du Bistrot offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, albeit a bit noisy. The chef prepares generous traditional dishes using high-quality ingredients that showcase the local produce. The meats are particularly flavorful, cooked to perfection.

Very large restaurant, traditional and hearty cuisine

A must-try in Limoges!! I eat there every time I'm in Limoges and I'm never disappointed by the food, the service, or the atmosphere of this restaurant! The cuisine is friendly and home-style, and the food is excellent at quite reasonable prices. Don't expect to eat in a small, cozy, and quiet lounge; here, it's a mix of large and small tables in stone buildings where you'll be greeted by some lovely cows! The charm is undeniable, and I always enjoy my visit.

Very good restaurant. Friendly welcome. Service could be improved. We felt we were being demanding with one of the waiters, which wasn't the case at all. This led to some unpleasant remarks. Otherwise, the food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the pavlova. The best I've ever had.

A fun concept: you eat above the barn. The meat is excellent, the fish very good, and the side dishes are very well prepared. The staff is friendly and there's plenty of space.

Everything is done to make us feel like we're on a farm: animals, exposed stonework... And it's a success. My daughter was mesmerized by the cow and her calf! It's a big place: lots of tables, waiters... and lots of choices! Perhaps too much. We ate well, it was plentiful, and everything was good... but nothing special. With the exception of the simple rib-eye steak (not the 500g one), which was delicious! The price-quality ratio is uneven, so it's average overall. I recommend the place, which is pleasant and the food good. March 2016 Delicious! Pleasant. A must-try. We're going for 5 stars... Returning October 2025 No drop in quality, quite the opposite! Bravo. Exceptional aged meat (rib-eye steak), fabulous sweetbreads, delicious tartare... The only downside is the noise in the main dining room upstairs.
