If you consult the address sellers you come across comments that can vary completely. When some love, adore...others hate, calling it arrogance. Igor is a welcoming character who cultivates a certain nonchalance. We sit at our table as if we were sitting at HIS table. You have to know how to let yourself be carried away, cross your fingers that the catch of the day was good [pistres, soles, etc.]. It's easy to be tempted by a rib of beef to share, beautifully cooked in the fireplace. For sole or turbo, it works too! We also don’t forget to let ourselves be recommended a little local wine. While the meal is not yet finished, we are already telling ourselves that we will have to come back and that it is nice to have little addresses in our pocket that we would like not to reveal too much... In the facts… Igor moved away from his establishment a little. Called by the Coste family, he was entrusted with the opening of the first 5-star hotel in Languedoc Roussillon. It does it! Located in Palavas-les-Flots, the new address is probably worth discovering. Probably also very hype decor. Coste is known for surrounding himself with the best decorators. And, the idea of ​​finding Igor as a Kind Organizer does not displease us. We will test…or not. Back to the Templars… On the table side, management has been entrusted to his 2 sons. The concept remains the same. Product is king. Not without frills here. We get to the point. No pits; prices would have soared... They nevertheless kept their small producer addresses. Special mention for the sole cooked over a wood fire. Mention also for the personalized table service. When we sit down next to you to “skin” the pretty fish. We feel at home…at least not quite at the restaurant. We love, not to say adore. We leave the table reluctantly but reassured. The address is still worth the stop.

È la seconda volta che torniamo. Potevamo scegliere un’altra tappa per il nostro viaggio in Spagna, ma abbiamo voluto espressamente tornare qui perché è un posto delizioso! Ambienti eleganti e arredati con gusto eccezionale! Personale gentilissimo! E posizione strategica per le passeggiate. Top! Non c’è due senza tre! Torneremo!

We spent 4 days at the “Les Templiers” hotel with friends (10). A warm welcome, lots of good advice, delicious breakfast and personalized rooms. The hotel restaurant is to be recommended++. We all enjoyed it very much and will come back…

Nous avons déjeuner sur la terrasse du restaurant de l’hôtel qui s’appelle La Guinguette de la République . Il y avait des touristes comme nous et des habitués. Malgré une terrasse remplie , pas de réservation, un toutou , nous avons pu nous installer. Les plats étaient frais et très bons, mention spéciale pour les sardines , un petit bémol pour le dessert au chocolat très correct mais pas d’effort de présentation. Les tarifs sont élevés mais la fraîcheur est au rendez-vous.
