A superb place, simply and elegantly decorated, with a discreet and warm welcome, refined and flavorful cuisine featuring original and expertly prepared dishes, impeccable service, and the chef's presence and participation in the service was highly appreciated. A truly wonderful experience at Les Terraillers! The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. The cuisine was of exceptional quality and inventive, with each dish a true work of art. The chef's presentation added a touch of warmth and passion that you can feel with every bite.

We had the four course tasting menu with wine pairings. The room is lovely and tables are well spaced. The front of the house team clearly makes an effort to work in a coordinated fashion. This is indeed a “fine dining” experience…just not a memorable one. Every course and pairing were as described, but none of them were delicious enough to want to return. The squab dish came the closest to being 5 star, but otherwise the food (and wine pairings) were “middling.” The service was similalrly uneven with moments of great attention and longer moments of empty water glasses. Bonus points for the fresh herb infusion offered at the finish of the meal. I’m afraid that is what I will remember most from this dining experience.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow us to give 6 or 7 stars.
The welcome, the pace of service, the friendliness of the staff, the harmonious blend of flavors, and the finesse and quality of the dishes all contributed to making this dinner an exceptional experience, right down to the delicious petit fours.
Thank you to the entire team and thank you to the Chef for this timeless interlude.

A very pleasant lunch, impeccable and friendly service, and a nice selection of savory dishes. Overall, the food was good, even very good, but I was disappointed with the seasonal vegetable starter. It would have been nice if the chef had stopped by.

A superb experience at Les Terraillers. Warm welcome, elegant service, and a passionate sommelier who expertly adapts to our desires. The chef's 8-course surprise menu is a true culinary discovery, perfectly executed from start to finish—special mention for the memorable carabineros, meagre, and pigeon—even though everything was perfect. And that thoughtful touch for my birthday: the candle with dessert, a lovely gesture to cap off a perfect dinner. Thank you!
