19/05/2026: We spent one night at this hotel for a birthday party held there. What can I say... First, let's start with the reception. The welcome was disastrous, with poorly trained and unfriendly staff, unworthy of an Accor hotel. There was an endless queue just to get our room key, which, on top of everything else, had already been paid for that very morning. I was also outraged to see that, both on arrival and departure, the staff tried to charge me for breakfasts I never received! Pay close attention to the bill or you risk being ripped off! Secondly, the room. We were very disappointed considering the price we paid and the standard we expected from an Accor establishment. The room was clearly outdated, with dated decor and amenities that desperately need updating. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent: we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and doors slamming all the way down the hall at the end of the floor, making for a particularly unpleasant night. As for the bathroom, it was very disappointing, with amenities more suited to a campsite than a hotel of this category. Overall, the value for money is far from justified by the prices charged. Finally, the most disappointing aspect was the organization of my mother's birthday party, for which a private room and catering service had been reserved. Given the services charged and the establishment's claimed level of service, the result was simply disastrous. The charcuterie boards ordered as an extra were particularly meager and of poor quality, far below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The hot dishes were served in small cardboard bowls, giving an extremely low-end and neglected impression. Furthermore, corkage fees were charged even though no real service was provided: bottles remained empty on the tables without being replaced or refilled, wine wasn't served to the guests, and the Prosecco service was also woefully inadequate. This gives the impression of paying for services that, in reality, were never actually delivered. Perhaps the most incomprehensible aspect is the complete lack of attention to detail surrounding the event itself: it was a birthday party that had been clearly announced and organized in advance, yet not a single candle was provided for the cake. This detail may seem trivial, but it perfectly illustrates the lack of preparation and consideration we felt throughout the evening. Finally, despite all the organization put in place and the numerous exchanges beforehand, my mother never even met the hotel's event manager or the catering manager, which is particularly surprising and unprofessional for this type of event. Avoid at all costs!!!

19/05/2026: A very friendly hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Gianni, in particular, who served us at breakfast, provided excellent service with his professional expertise and extensive experience. He was always attentive and warm, and he also lovingly looked after the children. This made us feel very welcome every morning. The room, service, and location were also very good. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

20/08/2026: A disappointing experience considering the prices and the restaurant's reputation. The staff seemed understaffed and under pressure. We waited almost an hour between the main course and dessert. Water bottles were replaced without us being asked if we wanted another, but of course, we were charged for each one. The sommelier's wine presentation was also very cursory. We had dined the previous evening at another Michelin-starred restaurant in the area, for a bill that was even slightly lower, and the difference in terms of cuisine, service, and professionalism was considerable. The setting is very pleasant, but at this price point, the value for money seems completely unjustified.

27/08/2026: Passing through, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant because of the unbeatable price for a weekday lunch: €12 for the dish of the day, €15 for the set menu (main course/dessert/coffee). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, ate on a lovely terrace, and the servers were very friendly. We highly recommend this place.

23/07/2026: The restaurant has fast service, perfect for lunch breaks. However, the burgers and fries aren't great. The burger bun is mediocre, and the filling is basic. The fries have very few potatoes, are very soggy, and covered in oil. They're brown. The dessert is okay. I'd like to try other dishes.

27/08/2026: The phone call had already given us a good laugh 😄 And once we arrived, it was confirmed: a lovely, funny, incredibly welcoming restaurant owner who truly went above and beyond, especially with the children! We hadn't made a reservation, and despite that, he found us a table with a smile. Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter such friendly people! The restaurant is a bit hidden, down below, on a small square, in a truly unique and charming setting. A real gem! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the place. For the warm welcome, the atmosphere, and especially the good cheer.

16/06/2026: Overall, great stay. Staff were warm and welcoming. Nice, clean rooms. Pool was outstanding.

15/06/2026: I am not sure how this is rated a 4-star hotel. The property feels old and run-down, and the rooms feel like a cheap roadside motel. The staff is incredibly rude, and the level of customer service is unlike anything I have experienced in the South of France. Dinner at L'Ensemble was a disaster— 15 min sitting down before someone offered us water and took drink orders. Over two hours to receive our food, my husband's swordfish was raw, my steak was like rubber, and the staff is just entirely indifferent. To make matters worse, there is nowhere else to eat besides the one restaurant. The pool bar/restaurant is only open June 27 till end of August, so there is no poolside service. I came here to spend five days while my daughter attends tennis camp for 2 weeks, and the pool is closed for private events three of those five days, so I can't even hang out by the pool while shes training. Nothing short of disappointing. This will be my first and last stay here. The only redeeming quality is the beautiful tennis facility. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere that actually cares about the guests and delivers a true 4-star resort experience.

31/08/2026: Good food. The Sea brim was tender and delicious. The service was lovely. Great atmosphere. The desert was a bit disappointing: the lemon merengue tart was way too sweet. I’d definitely come back to try all other interesting items on their menu.

19/07/2026: The restaurant wasn't great; the food was a bit greasy, the fish was just cooked, and there was no dessert menu. They presented a tray with four desserts but didn't offer ice cream. We tried it, but we won't be going back.
