A disappointing experience considering the prices and the restaurant's reputation. The staff seemed understaffed and under pressure. We waited almost an hour between the main course and dessert. Water bottles were replaced without us being asked if we wanted another, but of course, we were charged for each one. The sommelier's wine presentation was also very cursory. We had dined the previous evening at another Michelin-starred restaurant in the area, for a bill that was even slightly lower, and the difference in terms of cuisine, service, and professionalism was considerable. The setting is very pleasant, but at this price point, the value for money seems completely unjustified.

Amuse bouche items variable. Beef tartare and caviar delicious. Tomato offering mixed. St Peter fish great. Sweetbreads average. Service good apart from having to ask for water refills twice.

Everything was perfect for our first romantic dinner in years! The cuisine's masterful classicism was a delight of flavors and indulgence. The dishes were complex, and the perfectly executed cooking and seasoning did justice to the ingredients. I was impressed by this precision: every bite, amuse-bouche, and garnish was flawlessly prepared. The Provençal terrace, with its beautiful grapevine and glass ornaments, provided a lovely setting. The service was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive. Special mention goes to our young waitress, who was smiling and dedicated, and to the chef, who was present for each table. The offering of a proper cheese platter was also a great touch, although I would have preferred a smaller, more rustic selection. One small suggestion for improvement, in my opinion: a selection of natural wines and more surprising non-alcoholic beverages. Even the discreet musical playlist was lovely!

A superb dinner, flawless from start to finish, in a beautiful setting. The service was also impeccable. We will gladly return for a special occasion.

Superb lunch, pleasant and peaceful setting, exquisite dishes, the juices and sauces are a true delight. Impeccable service, attentive without being intrusive. Excellent wine recommendations; they don't try to sell you an expensive bottle, but rather a wine perfectly suited to your meal.
